Question Please Help 2008 RXP Cutting out while riding???

I have a 2008 Seadoo RXP with only 37 hours. I was out at the lake yesterday and when I first took of riding it she purr'd like a kitten hitting 8100 and running great but after I started hitting some Choppy water at 8100 RPM's and it would Cut Back to say around 5000 RPM's and would lunge me forward and it only did it for a second and then it would run fine again. I was thinking it was a bad fuel filter but Im starting to rule that out. I also tried from a dead stop and punched it, and same thing on the way up to 70MPH it would cut back again and then take off again...... Really Strange. No error codes or anything. I was thinking about checking ground on the battery but Im kinda running out out options.

I just recently changed to the X-Charger and Boush 42's and new Solas 14/19 but I have riden it since I installed all that and I didnt have a problem, this just started out of no where

wouldnt hurt to check your spark plugs. See if the plugs goin to the coils are nice and snug. Really hard to tell whats goin on specially if you have no way to data log lol. Pretty much guessing till you figure it out. where you low on gas when this all started happening?

when it starts to act up does it sound like its missing? LIke only running on 2 cylinders out of 3. Reason i ask is because first few rides after i sunk the same thing happened because i still had some residual water in my system somewhere and it was getting my plugs wet.

Sounds like bad fuel, or spark plugs.

I had a full tank and the plugs are about two months old. It didn't sound like it was missing. It felt like it losses all power but all the gauges and everything still works. It's strange. I've been searching on the Internet for days to try and research the problem and nothing comes up.

Boost hose might not be tight enough. Easy to check and rule out.

Thank you all for Yells' input. I will make a list to check these thing this Friday. I will start by checking all the connections and hoses. Might possibly pull fuel pump and see what the pump looks like.
