    2013 catch can better?

The catch can is definately different, but is the redesign better? Is it worth swapping my old one for the new design?

I can not say for certain since I have not tested it and my ski is not having an issue so I will not BUT I would be willing to bet that if they changed the design it was for a better product. I would probably recommend if you are having an issue with your current catch can it would be worth a try.

One would certainly hope the redesign is better. We gotta get a look at the inside of the new can in addition to testing it on the ski...

Redesigns aren't always for the better. Most times companies do it to save productions costs.

I don't think saving $ was Kawasaki's goal in this particular case. The new can will almost certainly cost more to produce than the old one.

The new can will prevent the random burp into the air box. The new rings took care of the blow by issues.

Fire, which years have the new rings, 2013 only? Wonder why they would build a new cc if the rings solved the blow by issue?

For the random burp. Of oil. Bigger can will control more volume. Mid 2013,has all the upgrades.
