    Water restrictor in pump

My 06 rxp has a yellow washer in the water pickup of the pump. I've converted to the 08 exhaust and external IC. My line splits with a T and has a reducer for the IC inlet line. Should I remove the yellow washer restriction in the pump? Maybe just bore it out larger? Things seem to be cool enough as is though so maybe leave it alone?

At the most drill it out one size larger. You'd probably be fine if you leave it alone. sometimes more water/pressure isn't always better.

Ya, I'm not getting heat alarms on the exhaust so she must be cool enough! :P
