Exclamation 07 RXT - engine removal, timing chain fix

I bought 2007 Seadoo RXT 215 with broken timing chain. Because I could not find any pictures or step by step ENGINE REMOVAL procedure, except what says in service manual, I decided to take picture every major step o a way from start to finish.

    Engine removal - 2007 seadoo rxt 215

Pictures below show engine from top exactly as I got it. Previous owner broke the timing chain, he removed head cover , removed sparkplugs and left it like this.

    I started with Exhaust system:
I removed that huge exchaust hose shaped inverted "U" which goes from black aluminum muffler.
I removed "BLUE" intake plastic pipe from Turbocharger and removed RIVA air filter. Just below RIVA filter there was another rubber hose ( about 1.5inches ) I am not sure where it goes but I will find it when I will put all back.
    2. disconnect FLAT connector with GREEN seal near the bottom far end of the motor ( wire is strapped to WATER PIPE from SKID PLATE.
    3. which should be at the 1st place DISCONNECT BATTERY.

    1. REMOVE OXYGEN SENSOR connector located on the muffler.
    2. REMOVE 1 rubber hose from top of STAINLESS STEEL muffler.
    3. REMOVE 2 rubber hoses located closest to the engine from stainless steel muffler

    1. After that larhe metal clamp is removed , stainless steel exhaust pipe can be taken away, you can see both pipes which were attached to top and bottom of that stainless steel pipe. I turned muffler to the side it was full of old stinking water. I think exhaust gases mix with lake/ocean water there to cool down exhaust.
    2. remove 2 thick water hoses on the bottom far end of the engine, some coolant will spill. PS: before all procedures I had to remove OIL and COOLANT from ENGINE, so not forget that !!!
    3. remove connector ( water temperature sensor ) - orange seal, near by oil filter.

    Engine removal - 2007 seadoo rxt 215

    1. Exhaust is done so we start removing electronics from top of the engine. remove all screws that hold fuel line with injectors. I think my system was off for looong time so there is no more pressure in fuel system, normally by the book you should release fuel like pressure.
    2. remove ECU ( I think it is ECU ) form top of the INTAKE manifold, disconnect all possible wires that are still attached to sensors , cut few ties to remove ecu from that plastic plate below. and remove that plate from intake manifold.
    3. disconnect throttle wire and vacuum hose ( very thin hose - 5mm ) from throttle body .

    1. move away all wires, fuel like with injectors engine already looks clean and nice without that electronic crap.
    2. All wires and injectors are resting on the side of the hull.
    3. BELOW THAT YELLOW CAP are 6 nuts with grounding wires, remove them all.

    Engine removal - 2007 seadoo rxt 215

    1. disconnect bottom hose from INTERCOOLER and metal bracket which connect it to a manifiold. start to move that intercooler it is very tight it has gaskets on both ends and it is very tight. I never knew it was that long so do not remove it unless you unscrew intake manifold.
    2. remove 4 screews from throttle body and disconnect it from intake manifiold.
    3. remove all screws from intake manifold ( you can see that intercooler is partially off but just now I can remove it when intake is free.
