What were your goals when you went turbo?

    Were you seeking harder acceleration?

Was it all about top speed and making horsepower?

Was it a personal challenge to mod something?

Most go turbo to keep the pieces out of the engine.

i hate the fact i have to torque it every x amount of time and shim it if necessary,it makes it unreliable in my opinion because of lost psi then causing unreliable/ unstable afr.

    again my 2c.

Andy, nothing runs like a turbo motor
the only reason I went turbo is because I had the right ecu system
the race ET is a nice SC but is only a toy compared to my gxt2863

Has anyone pulled off "turbo 2 step" or whatever you want to call the ability to prebuild boost before the hole shot in the watercraft world?

This would be to get the best possible launch.

My bet is skidoochris knows all about this stuff in the sled world

last fathers day, my wife had given me a card with a picture of a charger in it. i was going to get et 68~140, but then i seen Jaws turbo kit. Ive played the horsepower game enough with evo's to know it never ends so i really thought about it. I decided turbo would save me money in the long run by not buying a 68~140, getting used to it, then buying et race. Turbo'd I can have unlimited power, never have to worry about clutches and have insane acceleration.

Does anyone have a data log off a turbo ski doing an idle throttle stab to top speed?

I would love to see how long it takes the turbo install to exceed the boost that a well tuned blower motor can make.

When a supercharger goes its rieces pieces in your engine. When a turbo goes you can shit it out the exhaust and still drive it to the ramp

Motec launch control will build boost at 2500rpm, release launch button and hang on
