can anybody give a little insight on changing the oil on an RXPX 260?

I have a suction tank, just curious about the whole procedure and the oil filter location, removal etc. I'm still waiting to get a shop manual, can you recommend a place to buy that as well? I found cd versions on ebay, what do you guys recco? Thanks in advance!

Check out the "how to" forum...there is a oil change play by play that will work on your rxp-x 260. The oil filter is housed in the black cylinder on the backside of your motor.

I downloaded mine from this site. It's exactly what you buy from the dealership just in PDF form and it has a couple extras. I would highly suggest buying this!

Yup as long as it meets all requirements. A lot of us run AMSOIL WCF 10-40.

I use Valveoline 10/40 motorcycle wet clutch oil.
Changed oil in over 300+ skis with it.
