Can I put a sacraficial anode on an old polaris to stop the pump liner corrosion?
Been working on a buddies Polaris SLX and the pump has corroded and caused the liner around the impeller to swell around the impeller locking the impeller up. Looking for options that would prevent that. One thought I had was adding a sacrificial anode to stop this problem. Any thoughts or suggestions?

As far as I know there should have been an anode on the original Polaris jet pump, from the factory.
You can look it up on the Polaris Industries parts web site, in the Propoulsion section for that year and model.
