Hi guys yesterday i bough a new battery for my jet ski and when i finnish installing the battery i found out that there were no power at all in the jet ski . The motor wont turn over and is not even making the sound when i switch the ignition to the ON position. I took the battery to the nearest autozone to get it check and they said the battery is ok. Does anyone can help me with this issue? Thanks.

There are a few possibilities,
first I would check the fuse located on the left side of the hull on the inside just before the voltage regulator (black thing with cooling vanes on it). The fuse will be in a brown holder on a bracket, pull the fuse holder straight up and then push the latch to remove the cover, if it is blown replace it with the same type and rating, if not put it back.
Next you are going to check the grey connector on the red battery cable, it should have 2 red wires on it, make sure that this has not been disconnected or damaged while replacing the battery. Similarly, there should be a black single connector coming off the black cable from the battery, that is the main ground for the electrical system and if left disconnected will not let anything work.
Post back if its not one of these things,
