    How to convert XLT 1200 to E.F.I.????

    Hey all,

    Can someone explain the process for converting a XLT 1200 that has carburetors into a E.F.I. fuel delivery system? I see posts that it can be done but no where how to do it or what all is needed?

    the process will be costly. you will need a efi fuel tank ,fuel pump , wire hardness with computer and display from a 03/04 gpr and the most expensive part the THROTTLE BODY ASSY from 03/04 .
    and pv servo from 03/04

    Easiest way is to find a [email protected] with a destroyed hull and swap everything over. Aside from that stick with the carbs. Suckmywake did this and was happy with it. But u gotta be in the right place at the right time with cash in hand

    you can shop around and find some deals , but as we know now, 2 strokes are pretty much a thing of the past, you should be able to find a running 1300 for around 2500.
