what carburetor is this? 94 seadoo xp...

So I'm getting my second seadoo running and I have noticed it doesnt have the standard carbs. Can someone tell me what carbs these are and how to possibly tune them? Out of water they idle great between 3000 and 3500 rpm but then bogs down at just above 4000 when reving.

Also, the boat puts out quite a bit of blueish smoke even though i have adjusted the oil injection to be pretty lean. I just attributed this smoke to the fact I put a 3 ounces in about 3 gal of gas just to make sure I didn't blow my rings out running on straight gas when first trying to get it started.

Instead of the standard bn38i? What is the difference?

if you remove the pump side of the carbs (right side in your picture) and pull out the carb filters and clean them, it will most likely solve your problem
