Looking for some help on plastic intake manifold repair
Looking to see if some one can help me out, with how to fix my plastic intake manifold. I have a 06 RXP that I have put a turbo on and the plastic manifold has split apart and I have heard that you can reseal the part that came apart and then rivet it back together. I am wondering if some one can give me some tips as to how to do this? Like do I need to take it all the way apart and then reseal? Next what is the best stuff to glue it back together with? Lastly the sides that are really tight what is the secret in getting all the rivets into the intake?

I think if the manifold has split, it is time to upgrade Even if you could repair the stock one, it is probably only a matter of time before it fails again.
