    Need to know about the VTS on a 1997 xp

    I have a Sea Doo XP 1997 with the trim on it number 278-001-121 that went bad I got a brand new replacement with the numbers278-001-613 will that work with mine?

    As long as the plugs are the same it should work just fine. I believe the older ones like my 97 spx have three plugs coming off the VTS housing, my 98 GSXL and my 07 RXP have only two plugs on them. I hope that helps, good luck.

    My new one have 3 plugs and my old one has two
