    Acceleration problem

    2007 F12x w/103 hours

over winter I installed the following:
    Macsboost
    Solas impeller
    Nitro intercooler

Took the ski out twice since then and it performed great and love the mods!!

This weekend I filled up with 100 octane for the first time ever (only 91 available at the pump in CA), and it ran just fine for an hour or so. Then it just started accelerating like crap, no specific incident caused this. It moderately accelerates to 35mph and max of 4,000-4200rpm's. Sounds like the turbo is spinning as I can hear it when letting off the throttle.

No codes are displayed and it's not in learning mode.

    Tonight I plan to:
pull the plugs, inspect and replace.
    inspect and check the wastegate.

My ski has always been well maintained, synthetic oil change every year, plugs replaced, crc applied, etc...

    Any suggestions?

    Thanks in advance!

Took the seat off and found my blow off valve was laying in the bottom of my hull

two of the three small screws that hold the BOV onto the flange broke. It got too late to check the rest of the ski I'll do it tomorrow. Pretty sure this was my problem.

Checked all the connections and all the clamps were very secure! I browsed the forum before the install and listened to everyone's recommendations and bought the stainless T-bolt clamps from siliconintakes.com.

    Thanks Rick!

follow up question...any thing I should look from the BOV falling off? It was a cheap crappy one anyways. I took the pipe out and going to have the flange cut off and welded shut.

Not a matter of worthy this is. Sometimes the turbo is working but it don't giving the accelerator as it should be. So first check the plug-ins by taking off and on condition. Then check whether there's anything that is stuck in it, that is preventing to provide this like grass, mud ....
