I will try to get more information on the kit as well as some sound clips.

Interesting, so what cooling the "muffler" in the center? I see water jacketed inlet pipes, bit if they are injecting water into the exhaust prior to teh "muffler" it looks higher than the engine exhaust, water might flow back.

Or is that "muffler" water jacketed too? just dont see any fittings.

Further review I'm blind if you see the mid pipe its a split weld we normally do that when we mock up and add the inner pipe. so the mid pipe is completely water cooled next pipe you have inlet outlet. Your right dont see anything on Muffler

If there's a fitting on the other 90* pipe, and it jumps across the muffler, than it would be a completely dry system, just water cooled, with a muffler, But that would get hot if no fittings went to it.

Looks like it will sound good tho

    Looks good, very creative. BUT.

It blocks the location of the intercooler. So this is only to be used with a rotax intercooler or relocated intercooler?

The water in stream coming from mid pipe should keep the muffler cool if flowing enough which not a problem to achieve.

This is assuming its dumping some water into stream at mid pipe just as OEM is set up.
It looks like an OEM mid pipe with water jacket shell.
No idea on water back flow or left in system at shut off.
Exhaust should blow most out I would think.
