    1997 vs. 1998 Pro 785 Cases

Just wondering if anyone has a side by side picture of the 1997 and early 1998 Pro 785 cases that require reed spacers verses the later 1998 and 1999+ cases that already have the spacers built in?

I'm now thinking that the previous owner put spacers on my 1998 and they aren't needed. Might explain the lazy bottom end on my boat?

Okay, good to know. I could have sworn I read that some of the later '98s had the new case design.
