If you ran your ski on the hose, after sitting for 5 weeks.
What would be the symptom or symptoms of a seized SC?

I'd probably say the wheel on the front not spinning would be a good indication

I remember a few years back someone here with a seized SC soaked the thing in a bath of oil for a week. Then cleaned it up, bolted it back on and it worked just fine. This may not work in all cases but since it is a very pricey part it is worth a try. JB

Nothing siezed ................. he just seen the boost gauge for the first time while running the ski out of the water.................Bretts ski is one of those over maintained , OCD people who just lacks the finer mechanical diagnosis skill to realize that nothing is actually wrong ...............OR maybe he wasnt wearing his spray booth mask again while painting 2 Pack paint and was just feeling a little light headed

Engine wont turn over fast enough to start.
    OR
Engine will turn over slowly, you will hear a crack type noise, engine picks up rpm's and starts.
