I ran the Amsoil Synthetic Wet Clutch compatible 0w-40 all last summer (about 60 hours) and will be switching the the 10w-40 for this summer...

I'm running metal washers and had no issues with it whatsoever...IMO it held up much, much better than the dino oil...

I got it in the crank case right now. Havnt ran in it with it in there but im sure its going to be good. Stop being a women scott and just buy it. Get the preffered customer thing from amsoil and youll be saving money comapred to the brp oil.

Here is the info on the 10W-40 Motorcycle Oil. It has a better wear characteristic than the 0W-40.

$10.00 gets you a six-month trial Preferred Customer membership for buying AMSOIL products at wholesale prices. The discount price is 15-20% less than regular retail prices.

Here is the info for the Preferred Customer Application.

I would just stick with the manufactures drain interval, since you would be needing to change the oil filter anyways if you were not using an AMSOIL filter. I wish they made an oil filter for the Doo's.

I've been running the Amsoil synthetic in my RXP all last summer with no problems. Also run the Amsoil interceptor 2 stroke oil in my XP with great results.
