Unless you are wanting a rear exhaust I would suggest saving yourself some money and searching for directions on the "Tommy Jordan Freeflow mod". Very cheap and works well. If you are set on a kit I would recommend the RRated Performance free flow kit. It is done without cutting your factory hoses in case you want to return to stock later and it is a little quieter as well than the Riva free flow. I had an RRated on my FZS and sold it when I got my JD1 rear exhaust and have a Riva Free flow on my wifes FZS and I wish now I wouldn't have sold the RRated kit!

have you looked at the R&D freeflow?
that freeflow with the riva waterbox is very loud!
i used to have the riva freeflow with the riva WB.
    the R&D FF is louder..........
not sure if you are wanting it louder or not!

Thanks for the info I'm definitely going to look into it! I plan on going back to stock tho so any mod I do I would like to keep the original stock pieces in tact.

I don't mine noise to much but I'm trying to avoid heavy drone when I'm not at high rpm. Does the r&d ff create alot of drone?

If you dont want to cut your stock hoses the only option is the rrated.

Yes from 3-5000ish but I don't really notice it much, overall sound from the exhaust is pretty loud to people on the lake or shore as well. My dad thinks it's awful (he's a bird watcher) but my neighbor (also has a couple of skis) thinks it sounds perfect. My wife hasn't had any complaints either when riding it or hearing it from shore so it can't be too bad.

Thank you I may just go with that one then. Thank you for your help!
