    Thumbs down ODI grips

I ordered a pair of ODI Rogue grips on Feb 21, I recieved an order confirmation via e-mail the day after. Well I finally recieved my order today, open the box and the mental giants billed me with MX Ruffians. How can I order the correct grip, them confirm that I ordered the Rogue grips, and then the bill and ship me the wrong thing?!?!? Not real happy about my first experience with ODI.

did u order directly from odi?

    try atlanticjetsports.com
get the part# of whatever part you want off of hoptproductsusa.com and fill out this form..
    https://cart.atlanticjetsports.com/secureorder.htm

they usually have odi grips in stock, if not it only takes a day or 2 to get them.

...or your local bicycle shops. Cheaper too. I find ODI's at the bicycle shops as low as $8 and tax sometimes.

The hard part about me buying things locally is that I work for a small family owned company. I work 6 days a week from 8 am till 6 pm and everything is closed when I leave work, and I cant leave during the day. Working for family SUCKS, you would have thought I would learn my lesson the first 5 times I quit. It is just easier for me to get on the net and order from the dealer.

    Good call.

Jeff, I used to race mountain/downhill bikes and still have my contacts/shops if you need help getting those grips.

I just got a phone call back from them. They blame it on someone they just fired because they kept screwing up. They are shipping me the correct set but I will keep all of this info in mind if and when I need another set.
