Now its my turn to ask for some help on my 04 Rxp

Real Quick ,No book, Code p0562 12v low flashing. Im sure its the battery cause it seemed weak today. BUT the other is Im over heating and iv'e never had before...2nd outing and its pushing it out of the overflow at high rpms and iv'e lost a grand in rpms. it seems to run right other than that. whats the history on the t-stats and what works for a replacement....i'd sure like some help on it before i take something apart that i didnt need to.
    Thanks

Sounds like 2) un-related issues. P0562 is the usual "not charging issue". Usually one of the (2) 30A fuses on the side of the MPEM above the selonoid. If those check out good, then it would probably be the rectifier, by the batt. Check wires, and connections for discoloration.

As for the coolant puke after a WOT run, Unfortunately its a 99% chance its a bad headgasket.

low battery caused to my 300c to throw low tire pressure, bad o2, bad MAF etc. Same thing happened in the race car. One elctrical problem can cause a whole host of other issues so start there and hope that solves it. Unfortunately Psycho is accurate about the gasket and overheating.

Something else to chew the cud on, If the Headbolts are not to exceed 120mm they can be reused one more time. And on the Headgasket...do you guys spray the Copper stuff on it?
    thanks
