98 sltx stator test results..?
just tested a stator on a 98 sltx 1050.. they all checked out fine but the yellow to red/purple should of been .75 ohms and my reading was 0..i had my ohm setting on 20 so it should of definetly moved it from defualt setting of 1 to around .75..it was saying that there wasnt a connection at all.. so my question is; this means that the stator is bad?i think it does but just want to double check..thanx for the help!!

Zero does not mean no connection, it means zero resistance, and dead short.
What does your meter read when you firmly press the two meter probes together using the 20 ohms range?
Then re-measure the stator Yellow to Red/Purple ohms.
Post those two numbers.
