    3m 90000 paint defender?

Has anyone one used this? It seems really nice. I'm not sure about the 25$ price tag, but I could use the crap out of this even on my vehicles.

Been detailing for about 17 years and this sounds like the 3m clear bra type material. Interesting. That stuff tends to yellow out in the direct sunlight over time. Granted not all that big of a deal if it comes off easily.....which it says it does. Wasn't able to find anything on any of my detail forums I'm on. Which leads me to believe it's either very new or not many people have tried it.

Yes it's very new still maybe a month or two old. Just started seeing the commercials. Are you a painter by chance?

Nope. I'm actually a terrible painter. Paint correction/restoration is my game.

I know this may sound stupid...but has anyone ever thought about using RainX to help with the waterspots and all that? I'm getting some for my goggles and couldn't help but think what it would do on a ski.

You know what works really good for water spots? Meguirs wax. It comes in a purple bottle and you just wax on wax off and last about 2 to 3 rides for me?

I use Ducky to get rid of them. They disappear like magic as you effortlessly wipe.

After Mud Bug--our first time using our machines--we had spots. But when we got home, we just washed 'em and used the Click image for larger version.

We had already waxed them before ever putting them in the water, so that probably helped. But all the spots disappeared during regular washing.
