    2008 RXP CAVITATION out of the hole and hitting rev limiter

    I don't know what to do? The pump its self is all stock I just installed a New SOLAS 14/19 and a oem Knock off Wear ring..... I don't know how much gap is supposed between the impeller and the ring???Any Suggestions?

    the gap between the wear ring and prop should be very tight. try the new r&d pump seal...

    My money is on the cheap knock off wear ring. Feeler gauge gap should be no more than 0.35mm.
