    95 seadoo 657

I have been having problems with my spx. The carbs have been gone through and pop off pressure has been checked. It starts fine cold and runs fine until i shut it off. Then its a bearcat to start i have to mess with choke and feather the throttle. Once it started it runs fine then when i stop even for a minute its hard to start alot of cranking. I dont want to kill my starter. I have replaced fuel lines cleaned fuel selector. Im tempted to install a primer which will hopefully make it start easier. what could be causing this?
