    Arrow 1999 polaris 1200 Genesis fuel injection, flywheel magnet failure

    I am working on a 99 polaris 1200 Genesis fuel injection. When I got it the computer was bad sent it to DFI they fixed it then I also put a coil on it. It will crank but won't idle it will only run high Rpm s. I took the new plugs out and they are black like sumt. I also noticed it only had 11 volts on the dash display so I took the fly wheel off and found the magnets no longer glued they had all slid together . Can any one help me with this problems what causes the plugs to be black sumt and would my stator be bad cause low voltage or could it be the mag. How can I test the stator and can I test it with it off my ski? Thanks

    I have done a compression test 125 to 135 on all cylinders.

    Must use the correct NGK PZFR6H spark plugs, no substitutes.

    You can ohm test the stator, and visually inspect for damage.

    Replace the flywheel. Clean out all magnet debris before installing the new flywheel.

    That's the plugs I have. What would make them so sumt and black?

    What is sumt?

    Coated like black. How do I test stator with ohms? What wire should be what? Thanks you.
