To BOV or not to BOV...............

I was thinking about installing a Riva gen 3 IC and the tubing kit on my 13 RXPX, what are your thoughts on a blow off valve? Is it worth it for SC longevity etc...... Thanks for your input

Here's what you do. You remove the the pipe from the TB and just run the SC directly to the BOV and nothing else. That will give you the sound ya want

i have the gen 3 and pipes too. I am considering the new style BOV as i am riding very on off throttle in race situations. currently have ET +4mm, and the boost is great. But i have a rude 3 to throw on and i'm thinking that would like the relief from the BOV with all that boost. The new riva HKS one looks like its better quality than the older ones. But if i wasn't racing i don't think i'd bother. it cost the same as a SC rebuild kit, and a lot less than if a charger lets go
