    Gsx800 stopped dead in water

    Hey guys new to this. Some help would be greatly appreciated.
    out on my ski last weekend and it just cut out. No warning. Got home checked everything all seems fine. No beeps when I fit the key and no lights on the dash. Nothing happens atal. Completely dead

    Trace the ground wire from the black box at the rear of the ski. It is supposed to be attached at the starter under the carbs, but it sounds like it broke off. Many people attach it to the engine block at the rear of the ski, you will see a threaded hole that you can attached it to with a bolt.

    Thanx for response. Have checked all the wires. Engine and mpem both have earth.(ground) there's power going to the mpem and the start button and dess
