    Impeller hard to rotate

    Should I be able to manually turn the jet pump? Because I can't..it feels like it is stuck!! What do I do??

    No..I am putting it all back together and noticed I couldn't make it spin...didn't know if that was normal or not?

    what were you trying to spin? When its all assembled there isnt a good way to spin it.

    I just grabbed the come looking tip of the impeller and tried to turn it haha. I just figured I would be able to spin it by hand but I guess not

    Never mind I figured it out...those long bolts on the pump weren't tightened down. As soon as I tightened them it spun easily
