900 STX booging issue
I have a 1997 900STX and the ski runs great but when cold it will boog down a bit when I initial try to accelerate. I'll back off and feather it a bit and gets on plain no problem. Once it's warmed up it won't boog. Any idea's what this could be? Is it something to be worried about? Any help would be appreciated.

Sounds like it's too lean, which can blow it up. Start by checking the fuel filter, may need to overhaul the carbs if that doesn't help.

The fuel filter is new and the carbs were just cleaned. I pulled the plugs and they are black so guessing it's not running lean. It only happens when its cold and go to WOT. Should I let it warm up more before getting on it?
