    Its all about the Flow

    Here is a product. I know is ausome. Ive seen it on intake manifolds. And now the company is doing watercraft.The pieces come back beautiful.

    Extrude Hone does excellent work!!! Has anyone here used them on the RXP or RXT??

    I have seen extrude honed alum intake manifolds in cars before but not plastic...

    it was very nice...PR...

    i wouldn't do it....especially since the manifolds are water jacketed...what happens if they extrude too much , just my 2 cent.

    It doesn`t work like that. Each pass/pressure takes off a certain mill. See my 513 post in other rides section? That manifold was extrude honed.

    Everything done comes out smooth as a baby`s asss.

    Thanks for you input Hoss. I have a friend that is going to do his jet pump.Its got some slight corosion in it. I think it should come back perfect.
    Your opinion?

    extrude hone

    I have done three cylinder heads for my ktm motorcycles and the difference is noticeable. they(extrude hone)can control where in the passages the material is to be removed. we left the intake port the same diameter but the pocket over the valves received the most work to keep the flow up. bob

    American Turbine? Berkley? Duane at HTP should be able to help him out.

    Its like silly puddy with really fine sand in it (abrahsive media).
