    Welcome

    See my signature links for lots of useful info.

    What model and year is your Polaris?

    If the Ficht EMM is not grounding the Brown wire, there are several possible reasons;
    The EMM does not think the engine is rotating
    The EMM thinks the lanyard kill switch is not in place.
    The LR Start/Stop module is bad or confused and is not allowing the engine to start
    The Brown wire pin connection at the EMM is corroded or damaged.

    If you ground the Brown wire, does the fuel pump run? Does it supply proper pressure (about 23 PSI)?

    fuel pump does run. proper fuel pressure is applied, its an 04 virage txi, no corrosion at emm and no resistance through wire .01 ohm the cluster doesnt shut off either and i believe that the start stop never really worked we ran it once before it stopped so drivability is limited, can i bypass the lr module for testing and or future, thanks for your time

    My understanding is that the Virage TXi was not made in 2004. The model year is the last two digits of the HIN number plate on the rear deck.

    The display will always be visible. The clock always runs, and internally the electronics are 'sleeping' but the LCD elements remain visible. See my the MFD section of my signature links for more details on how to verify if the display is properly sleeping.

    Simple test - Wait more than five minutes, with lanyard already in place, without touching anything. Then press and hold the Start button for a few seconds. Do not touch anything else, just press Start. Watch the display. Does the speedo needle do a full sweep and return to zero?

    So the EMM is at least waking up internally when the engine cranks.

    What year is your machine? Last two digits of the HIN number plate.

    You can bypass the LR-503 module. Which method depends on the model year, some have a connector, some are in the electrical box.

    Search my previous thread titles for LR-503 bypass.

    Your 2002 LR-503 has a single large connector for all the wires. Find the bypass methods for that style.

    so i did the bypass and no noticable difference fuel pump didnt run didnt actually check with ohm meter but sure the pump works, any other possabilities

    Is there any check of the emm so that test checked the lr module I'm assuming it's fine,
