How to clean the yellowish buildup on a ski that's been sitting?

I picked up Polaris SLX. It sat outside uncovered for a little and has some yellow/rusty looking stains on the white plastic. What's the best way to clean this stuff off. Also are there any products to bring back the shine of some weathered mirrors?

I have had success using a marine/boat cleaner called AllOff or something similar.

Look in a marine supply shop for chemical products that clean boat hulls, especially rust stains and gel coat oxidation.
