    650 SX question

I have a 1990 Kawasaki 650 SX, I just replaced the stator and flywheel. It idles perfect but at full throttle it does not want to pull. I tried to adjust the high side of the carb but it does not matter if the screw is all the way in or all the way out. Could the problem be the coil or just a carb issue? Any help would be appreciated.

possibly a timing issue , may be stupid to say just a suggestion ?

I have this same problem right now. I have 2 1991 Kawasaki 650 sx. Both will not give me any full throttle. I've made several adjustments to the carb high and low jets but no luck. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I've cleaned the carb jets too. I'm using 40:1 two stoke oil with 93 oct fuel. The compression on both cylinders is at 150psi. Both ski's start up great and idle fine. Both the choke and throttle body's flaps open all the way. I'm replacing fuel lines on it next to see if that's the problem. One of the skis has a fuel pump the other dose not.
