The restrictor is inside of the rubber return line, near the fuel tank side. Most of the time you can feel a hard place in the line, that is it. Grab a knife and cut it out.

Like Rodneyae said, it's in the return line up near the tank. (see pic)

Maybe Al could send you a couple of those blockoffs.

As far as the pieces I made, I'll sell you one for one of two prices.... $0 or $1000.00, your choice!!!

Drop me a PM with your address and I'll send it along if you need it.

The restrictor is located aprox 1/2" inside the return line nearest the carb. and should have a zip tie on the hose.

Ok, I referenced your part #, and I see it's only for the '94 and '95 models. So am I correct that the '92 and '93 models had the restrictor built into the carb rack? I remember reading that somewhere.

I hope that's correct, I replaced all my fuel lines years ago! And I don't have a restrictor....

I used to beleive that to be true however I just bought a newer carb rack and it looks identical to my 92! all passages apear to be the same diameter? I think the restrictor was added to keep the fuel pressure up and I have even added one to my 92 with no side effects
