Speed and RPMs down...looks like I'm running lean....

Like the title says ,lets look at my history.. The first 39hrs with the bolt ons like in my Sig, with the plugs had a nice tan color on all,not an oily moist but nice,,,speed ranged from 73-75mph depending if there was a wedge and rpms visually were 7800-8100...For the first 8 hrs of this riding season things seemed normal, tried a few grates and plates removed wedge....then speed started to drop 71-69.5 ,yesterday best I can do is 67.5! @ 7500 rpms..rpms been dropping too,was doing 7700-7600. My first thought was to torque the plugs as per manual 9-10lbs as I usually hand tighten then wrench additional 1/4 turn...possibly leaking from there..it was not too be the case..here's two pics of plugs, the first after 13 hrs very white and chalky, the second was new plugs yesterday torqued with just one hr of running during a normal riding with WOT at various times ,ski has 53 hrs on her....could be a vaccum leak, any thoughts?

Make sure your exhaust filter hasn't broken and not partially blocking the exhaust flow. That could heat things up more than normal and make the plugs look like that? I've lost a lot of RPM in the past when the filter goes.

Your plugs look like any 300 I've seen that's ridden hard. I don't see a iodine.

That does look lean......you should try a O2 sensor and a Fuel pressure regulator......might even get more speed out of it

looks ok to me speed is always questionable and always fluctuates in all weather conditions. check all boost connections, intake air for restrictions, good luck
