    Boost?

i have about 5 hrs on the machine and the owners Manuel says there a 10 hrs break-in period. ive been
taking it easy on the machine and gave it one quick WOT pull for about 30
sec. i noticed that the machine wasn't making full boost in sport mode.
during the break-in period does the ecu control how much boost the machine
    produces?

Yes the ecu reduces power on the ski until break in period is completed..

After 5 hours you should be getting full boost. If you hit 6 or 7 hours and still not getting full boost there is an issue.

You can ride it like you stole it now. 5 hours is plenty of time for the engine to completely break in.

The ECU looks at the riding patern and RPM profile. No two skies are going to open up at the same time!

I haven't heard of anyone waiting all the way to 10 hours for the ecu to open up. Even the manual (at least on 2013 RXP-X) states the ECU is only limited the first 5 hours.
