    1996 Hurricane project complete!

After a long journey the Hurricane now runs perfect on the water. Wouldn't have been possible without helpful people on here, although there were a few not so helpful here.

Motor is rebuilt from top to bottom. Rebuilt crank, new pistons, cylinders, rebuilt jet pump with seals, rebuilt carbs and a Hurricane ignition update kit.

This ski immediately puts a smile on my face. Ridiculously fun ski on the water.

Thank you! It sat in a garage for awhile that's why it's so clean. Then it was serviced by the wrong hands prior to me. Needed allot of straightening out!

Thank you for resurrecting another red engine ski! It looks great! I'm sure it performs great as well!

BTW, where did you find the ignition upgrade kit?

big shout out to Dave "drkvampire2001" for motivating me to finish. The hurricane update kit came from pwc doctor in Missouri. And the not so helpful was local but it all worked out as I got a much better deal on this ignition. I have never driven a Blaster but from what I hear the Cane is faster and a little bigger.

If that launch is where I think it is I hope you weren't riding the cane through there. That area of the canal is a no-wake zone.

That ski looks mint, I saw it on craigslist not too long ago. Are you the one that bought it?
