ET127 wheel fitment
I just got installed et127 wheel with spacer /the kit/ in my sc but what bothers me is that the wheel has small contact with the neck of the housing on one side and about 1mm gap on the oposite side. When you turn the sc by hand it takes some force and when the "wing" of the wheel passes the contact zone there is more resistance and you can hear metal to metal rubbing. May be I am paranoic but want to make sire that this is normal with this installation.
Ease if someone here has et127 installed to confirm that this is normal.
I can not free spin the shaft like in the stock sc

Doesn't sound right . Stop trying to spin the wheel until you fix issue. What housing are you trying to put this in

did you use those little alignment pins that come with the kit? because of the spacers the stock ones wont keep everything lined up straight they are too short.. i forgot to swap em out when i did my ET-137 and realized after a few trys why it wasnt lining up.

You may have a bent shaft. On one of c kit chargers I had the shaft was bent only a little bit and that was causing the wheel to touch down on the inside of the housing. How many hours have you done on that shaft/washers and bearings?

If the shaft was bent it was going to have contact all the way around.
I did not install the wheel myself do I don't know about the spacers. All the rest is only 10 hours old from full rebuild.

Well Something is not wright. Pull the SCer apart and check pin alignment. If you bought it used, then you may have also found your issue.

This is brand new wheel installed by person with tons of experience in charger 10 hours after full rebuild.
That I have to look for

You positive that's a etech 127 and not a 137?
