STX-15F Power Filter air filter questions
I'm thinking about installing the Riva Power Filter on my STX and have a couple of questions:
1) Is there room for the rear storage bucket with the filter installed?
2) Is 91 octane fuel required?
3) I'm assuming the oil catch can discharge hose that is plumbed to the stock box is capped with a filter. If this is the case, does oil vapor escape and make a mess?

Save your money and buy a kn or similar filter.
Search for the filter in the bucket mod.
No mess unless you way overfill the oil.

#3 This hose shouldn't be capped, the Riva filter may have a 'port' to connect this hose in it, I know the R&D one does, if not a small breather filter should be attatched to it. Smokysevin is right, you can get the same performance from a $25 at the parts store, you just have to find the right size opening, I have tried one of these too, they perform the same, just don't fit as well. If you go this route, measure the OD of the throttle body & how much space between it & the storage bucket.
