    water in center cylinder help

i recently rebuilt a 94 sl650 after the rebuild i had a flush kit hooked up and managed to flood the engine ie i forgot to turn off hose after i shut down motor i performed the submerged engine procedure and after let it run in the yard for 45 mins or so after it still had water in the center and PTO cylinders so i performed the submerged procedure again and ran motor for 15 more mins before leaving it overnight when i got to the lake the motor had water in center cylinder again so i did submerged procedure and then took it for about an hour ride mostly low to mid throttle after i parked it it still was blowing water out of the center im thinking one of my gaskets went bad but before i tear it down again i want to get any thoughts from the members here any ideas would be appreciated thanks
