    New RXT 260 owner

Hi all, I am picking up my 2013 RXT 260 in a week! so excited and looking forward to being on the water with it. I have only ridden one other PWC and it is my friends turbo Honda Aquatrax, I have probably ridden it about 8 hours in total, but am finally stepping up to get my own ride.

Interested in checking out what people know about the RXT 260 and maintainence, upgrades, tricks, tips etc. I am mechanically inclined so I understand all the aspects, but I have reached a point financially where I just pay to have things done.

Looking forward to chatting, reading boards, and using this forum as I learn my PWC!

Yes! I cannot wait to be ripping on it! That break in period is going to suck......

I am in the Portland OR area (Beaverton) most of my riding will be done at a friends waterfront Lake home in WA and on the long weekends I will make the trek down to Shasta...probably one of the best PWC places on the planet!

Welcome! Check on the intercooler to make sure it is an updated model. Other than that...a REALLY solid ski.

+1 I've heard that 11&12 models have the crap ic and 13's they changed them. Who knows if the 2013 new ic's are going to be any better??

I guess we will find out when people on here get some hours on the new units.

Just because they changed it don't mean its going to last or be better..
