    Decals on or off ?

I have a 2000 GP1200r and I was looking at pictures of removed decals. It looks to me like the ski looks pretty good with removed decals. Any suggestions of what looks better?

If it is an 01 I say leave them, but I'm biased. I just love the classic Yamaha blue and white racing stripes. If I had any other year I would probably take them off.

Well having both a 01 GP1200 & an 08 GP1300 I have completely redone the entire 01 1200 new engine & paint with new 01 Decals .... looks sweet! having said that I removed almost all entire decals from my 08 1300 ... again looks super sweet !! I hate the manufacture over-use of decals ...i.e., decal package and all the legal/info warning decals Ugh ! Good Luck ... if you choose to remove some Use heat it's your friend a good shop lite that puts out a lot of heat will make a quick job of removing ANY decals ...

i used a hair dryer when i removed mine and used acetone to remove the adhesive marks that were left behind. i think the gpr's look better without all the decals.
