    2009 RXT-X 255hp Intercooler leak???

Just took my ski out couldn't get past 6000 rpm. First run of the season fresh gas ect. Brought it back to dock checked blower hoses all looked ok. checked oil it was foamy and white. Bought back home pulled intercooler hose there was water. Pulled intercooler and pressure tested definite leak. Draining oil now. Does anyone repair these intercoolers? Where is best place to locate new one Part # 276000179. Any thoughts would be appreciated.

That happened to me, I went with the fizzle HE heat exchanger and re-location kit. for the cost of a new one, you might as well upgrade and move it. It makes wotking on the ski easier and is much robust. The stock HE are prone to swelling and bursting anyways.

Will the Riva GEN-3’ Power Cooler PART# - RS1752-PC-I be a direct bolt in ?
My 2009 RXT-x is all stock with original hoses and clamps, It is not relocated it sits directly under seat in back of ski.
2 intake hoses 2 water hoses and a vent. Just want to make sure I can use original hoses. Or are they included with
    RS1752-PC-I?

The gen 3 is a direct replacement for your cooler.

    Cool

#1 priority is getting that engine running with fresh oil. She needs to run for 20-30 straight to warm up enough to burn all the moisture out.

Back your trailer in the water and fire her up.
Just let her idle for 20-30 min.
You can wait on the ic but this can't wait.
Moisture means premature failure of a 4k+ motor.

I've had to do this same procedure with many skis I buy that get water in the oil.
1 good oil change with filter then head to a ramp and run her...

    Rip on...

Installed Mine yesterday no problems in stock location. Only issuse was vent line with cooler flush tee fitting on my ski was 3/8" hose they sent 3/8" with 1/4" tee (I believe newer models have 1/4" vent). Hopefully try it out tommarrow.

First test ride new Riva GEN-3 intercooler, new wear ring, r+D pump seal, installed water strainer.
Ran very well very rough in the river today and had the breakin limiter (wife) on the back but tested out fine. What to get some speed data for reference next time out to see if I see any speed increase with new intercooler.
