    03 Gp1300r rebuild

Picked up this ski yesterday. It was in good shape and I couldn't pass up a good deal. Its a 03 1300. The ski its self is in good shape but the engine had the #3 rod bearing let go, So its going to need crank, piston, cylinder, and a upper case half. This is my first Yamaha. Have had many Polaris and Kawasakis. will start ordering parts within the next week or so. Please let me know any tips and tricks. Will probably spend the next few days getting caught up on these skis.

You have good ski get over to the 2 stroke section and get up to speed!! That used to be the fastest jetski in the world...give Mr. Kerry a call a call and he walk you through some basic stuff and he might have some old go-fast parts laying around.
