    Well, long time coming.....FZR bound

    Guys, I have been on the seadoo boards for a long time. Still have the Rxp, But the opportunity to own a FZR has came around. I love my Stage 3 plus RXP. I will keep it until it dies. My question is this, If I get an FZR I will want it to run 80. To keep up with my RXP. With that being said, can someone help me get a solid parts list to get there. A PM is fine to if you chose. Also, anyone in Alabama that likes to ride near Bham etc I would love to get together with and start a riding group etc, heck maybe there is someone that wants to mod my FZR for me, you never know. Anyways love the way they look. ready to get some seat time possible as early as tommorw on the new toy. Thanks again everyone....Biggest thing for me is reliable and 80.....can it be done on this platform...

    Congrats on the FZR. There is a mod database in the sticky section of mods and resulting speeds. Most will say the intake grate, plate, reflash, sc wheel, impeller, ribbon delete, intake mod, free flow to get you going.

    Congrats... just follow the green brick road to modifications in this 4 stroke section. You're gonna love the FZR!

    80 mph is not a problem on this platform;
    and when you get it in the chop, that RXP may be the one trying to keep up...

    A mild B1 wheel set up will get you there and will be very reliable.

    HD, Pm sent....I am starting to look at stuff etc. Any idea what a parts list will cost for 80 mph consistently.....
    Also I see there is a buck issue???? My boat is a 2012....read the sticky I guess to figure that out???

    Replace the intake grate with an aftermarket grate and that will solve your buck issue. Most seem to go with R&D grates..
