    wax-on; wax-off

I want wax on the hull; but want to keep wax off the pads in the foot-wells, rear hand grab bar, etc.

Obviously; wrapping the pads in blu tape will handle the problem, are there any other ways?

What other methods could there be? Are you asking bc the tape method takes time or? I would just stick to the tape

I use spray wax after every ride and when I get near the pads I spray it on the microfiber rag and wipe direct....keep some alcohol on hand just in case you go over

I switched from using wax to 303 aerospace for this reason. I was impressed with the results and you can use it on the seat too. You can find it at most marine supply places.

How does this hold up? How often do you apply it?

I'm going to apply some klasse aio and sg on mine soon. It is marine and fiberglass approved and has some good protection with it
