    Factory exhaust block-off/plug

Is riva the only place to get them? or are they a standard plug i can pick up from somewhere. Did my ext intercooler and planned on keeping the stock exhaust location but now i have decided not to. I would like to go riding this weekend. Any help guys.

I need the grey plug on the left of this pic

I just put a new Riva exhaust tip on a friends, and they do not use the plug anymore, they use a rubber "booty" that clamps over the inside of the outlet, and a clamp.....Its sucks, but it works.

Agreed I'm just wondering how long it's gonna hold up?

My thought was it dry rotting after time...

Another though, give NILS a shout out....he uses a white Nylon socket for that hole...

OR, you weld a 1/4 thick cap on the end of a scrap chunk of 2.5" tubing (connect with scrap chunk of hose), and use that location for multiple taps and outlets for water dumps, such as from the IC bleed off, or HX dump, etc.....

The plug, like the rest of the guys stated is just a rubber cap. Slides overtop the factory exhaust port and gets clamped. Im not sure if you could find something similar or just fab something up. I dont think its worth $40 if you can find something around that does the same job.
