05 RXT 80 on a budget gone wrong HELP

Alright guys, I should have started this thread long ago but here we go. I took my bone stock 05 RXT and added the following modifications in the following order pinching pennies everywhere I could. USED, Fizzle intercooler kit (came off an RXP) with 50lbs injectors, RIVA pro series ECUs and stock cooler block off. <--- all of those parts for $800.00 . From there I saved my pennies, picked up an ET127 drop in wheel, made a custom intake for the SC and added the SOLAS 15/22s pitched by Speedfreaks. <----current investment, $1400. Now this is where things take a turn for the worse. I was in denial for a while but finally figured out why I wasn't getting the RPMS I wanted. I could only turn about 8300. Checked the plugs, looked a little leans and topped of the coolant (not a good sign). Pieced together a RRFPR from RIVA and really screwed myself, now it's turning 7950 with the regulator and coolant jug drains every time we tested it. Boom, head gasket was shot. At this point, I have a $1500 investment toward my 80+mph goal and my head gasket it done. Budget build takes a turn. Pulled the motor, put RIVA pistons in (because I wanted to) replaced every gasket, seal, bearing and bolt with a crank case breather, AFR gauge and boost gauge. Im styling ,right? Not the case, after the re build to bring my investment up to $4,000 (about $2500 more than my original budget) I still cannot get past 7950 and 8000RPMS at 76mph and 8lbs. We checked everything, no boost leaks in the intake manifold, no intercooler leaks, set the Cam timing one degree toward exhaust, and pulled the RRFPR out of it. So now, there is no difference. I've invested so much time and moneys, all to not be able to dial this thing in. WHERES MY RPMS????? I want to see 8500 to 8900, my valve train and set up can handle it. Please help me out here guys, I'm ready to give up. I have pictures of this build from start to finished if they will help anyone, just holler.

Throw a small prop on and see if it spins to the moon.

Thanks guys, I threw my stock 14/19 on it with an x charger. Spinning 8650, 84mph. My next issue is what is going to help with my porpoising. My intake grate snapped so I'm in the process of buying one. What do you think?

    Wait a second.....is that a typo?

You tossed on your 14/19 and X and went from 76 to 84 in just 700 rpm on a smaller prop?

I think the fastest SC RXT is like 83 with a race charger, complete motor work and a cam. At 77 this hull just eats HP. I'm trying my ass off for 80mph without that tight budget and just touched 78 when everything was perfect and the stars aligned. I think I'm back to around 76 maybe 77 if I'm lucky from the summer heat in FL.

Boys, we are past 80mph. I don't have a reason to fib. My current issue is richening my afrs. I don't dare to run it at this point, it is all over the board between 13.5 at WOT to 14.0 with 50s in it. I have my regulator set at 60lbs static. Look for help, not haters.

Poss two problems. Over propped as others are saying. BUT you also said you threw an x charger on at the same time? Possible that the SC clutch on the other charger you were running was slipping and not giving you full boost.

What are you measuring your speed on to be at 84?

afr allover with 13.5-14? now I have fuel all over, 10 @wot
looks lean, are you using the rrfpr
if you are then you may need more injector
we are just having problems understanding your getting past 80mph with a wimpy SC
if your using a phone for speed some of them are way off
porpoising with a 3 seater LOL you need to try it on a 2 place ski
you just move forward to stop it
