    Ski rope wrapped on shaft

    I got a ski rope wrapped on the drive shaft of my LRV. I killed the engine before it got too big on the shaft. I cut the rope on both ends and headed in at low speed but the engine got overheated so I killed it again and got a tow. I got the ski up on a lift and cut off the rope. Now it cavitates pretty badly with top speed of 30. Any ideas where the problem is?

    Get the rest of the rope out of the carbon seal area, and check for a prop blade out of whack..
