you need to see what your pressure is with the ski running, not off......also whats in your catch can isn't always contributed to a rich condition...other things come into play with the stuff that goes in there...Your numbers do indicate a rich condition BUT what im trying to figure out is if you have a bad pump or regulator...if your adjusting things and nothings changing something has gone bad somewhere...

i know im to rich because i just change my head gasket and my piston are wash by the fuel.
im going to make some test and remove the vacum line from my fuel pressur regulator.

do i need to stop the engine to ajust the fuel regulator?

i always adjust the regulator with the ski running at idle..are you running an AFR gauge???or just going by what your seeing with the engine/catch can...

Dont remove your reference line. Set your base at 40lbs and try again. You need to lower it at least 3 lbs from where you are at now.

For reference with a LC 9.5k ECU and Bosch 55lbs I run 42lbs key during the summer and 45 during the winter.

Youre not to low so dont worry about it.

you can try going a little lower on the base fuel psi
or could have a bad injector
